Given flat PC growth, you'd think that MS is really going to try to open new markets. There are only 2 ways for them to do this is (from an OS/platform point of view). One is to go after the enterprise/server space (which they are doing with things like NT and GreatPlains) and the other is to go after the embedded space with WinCE and the like. Isn't BSQR a key piece of this puzzle for MS? It seems to me that despite this critical fact, the valuation on BSQR is pretty "plain". Any thoughts?
