Hi Bob,

I have found that an XP install with critical updates from MS is not enough to have a stable system. You still need to separately install M/B drivers from the installation CD or better, from the Mfg. website. Even then, some drivers do not have registered certificates but it is still better than not to do it.

This worked for me if you haven't tried it yet.
