Most people here don't seem to understand the gravity of a conspiracy to steal government information, whether it was available elsewhere or not. Lots of stuff is classified that you hear on CNN, sometimes before the government offices get to see it. It's the the principle of conspiring to violate FBI database security that could easily lead to serious federal time, especially in the post-9/11 era.
