8:37AM: S&P futures vs fair value: -4.5. Nasdaq futures vs fair value: -13.0. The futures are moving higher on the better than expected Housing Starts and CPI reports. However, the cash market still is indicated to open lower as investors take some profits after the 245 pt Dow reversal off lows on Friday and the 213 pt rally yesterday. Analysts are quiet this morning with few major calls.
