looks like somebody has some stock to sell... 7:20AM Broadcom upped to Overweight at Morgan Stanley -- valuation (BRCM) 21.24: Morgan Stanley upgrades to OVERWEIGHT from Equal-Weight based on valuation and firm's belief that co's fundamentals are recovering. Says bookings momentum has been strong, visibility has increased, and new products have begun to ramp.
