At least you will get to vote on the secession question from LA County. It is on the ballot is it not?

GREAT IDEA! but everyone in LA county gets to vote.

So, lets vote on Kashmir's secession. One person one vote. Everyone in the region qualifies. That means Indians, pakistanis, India occupied Kashmiris and Pakistan occupied Kashmiris.
