My OLDE broker believes co. is a prime candidate
for takeover at these lower prices and thinks
it will likely fetch a premium of 25$. Stock is
pretty flat after yesterdays earnings. I'm not sure if this
is good or bad. However, on fundamentals this is a great buy.
