BWAC, You keep talking about cash levels but much of this cash came from selling more stock in the late 90's early 2000's. I would be weary as how much cash these guys are going through. Sure they can have a bunch of cash on hand but if business fundamentals are waning then I would think buyout offers will be scarse as who really needs the extra capacity. Joe
