If you don't mind discussing this, a significant interest for me of late is testing and developing indicators for trading. I've done a lot of testing on intraday data (including daily and weekly data). The problem is that an indicator that works well over one set of years, often performs poorly over another set -- because the nature of the market changes from time to time. How do you get around this problem?
