The cheapest place where you will get real-time options quotes is probably PC Quote. Their web-based real-time service is now available for only the cost of the exchange fees.

MarketSmart Real-Time with all U.S. exchanges and options is $13.50/month. $2 of that goes to OPRA for the options exchange fee. Advertising revenues pay for the rest of the cost.

The options quotes are actually pretty nice, as you can see all strikes and months on one page.

I use MarketSmart Delayed, which is free, SPECIFICALLY for their option quotes. I am mainly interested in option quotes at end-of-day, so don't need the R/T.

I am considering switching my streaming R/T feed from Intersat to PC Quote 6.0 (will be testing it this week) and options are included. (My current feed does not have options.) PC Quote 6.0 ranges from $75 to $400/mo depending on the options you choose. (6.0 is streaming - MarketSmart is just web snapshots.)

Reviews are mixed on the speed of the site, but I suspect it is worth $13.50. :)
