June 15, 2002, Saddle Brook, NJ - Yamner & Co., Inc. today announced the production release of its Yamner Direct trading platform, a high-performance direct order entry application allowing clients to enter equity transactions from the internet using a proprietary lightweight trading application.

Using the Yamner Direct technology, clients will have a lightweight order entry and blotter technology, coupled with a lightweight Nasdaq Level II and listed quote terminal. Utilizing Yamner Direct, clients will be able to enter orders routing their transactions to a choice of destinations. Many have and will continue to route the orders directly to the Yamner Tier One trading desk to be worked for the best possible execution, while others may be enabled to route orders direct to several ECNs. All orders will still flow through Yamner & Co., Inc.’s back office technologies.
