Seriously, who would pay me? I'd love to get a paying gig doing this, but, alas, I've found that most of those who get paid to contribute as SI are on the "sell" side, pumping ridiculous stocks to gullible "investors". If you examine my track record, you'll find I've consistently attempted to deflate the hype on SI.
And JDN post, while probably actually reflecting his memory of events, was in its own way hype. I simply refuse to let it go unchallenged. Because if we do, the next trick that King George will attempt is to roll the tanks over protestors, like they did at Tiannenmen Square, where protestors got rolled out to 14' long. Don't think he won't if he can get away with it. Suppressing democracy seems to be a real trend in this country, and and evil one at that.
You're doing your part to join in. I'm terribly disappointed, because you seem to be in the "Ready, Fire, Aim" camp.

I'll assure you, I lean toward the libertarian side of things, so if you really examined the situation, King George is much more like Fidel, Stalin and Hitler than I am. King George would love to be a totalitarian if he could get away with it. He's even said: "If I were a dictator, things would be a lot easier." That's chilling.
As far as Lennon is concerned, I'll admit to admiring the work of John Lennon. So you got one out of four right.
Except what you meant to spew out was Vladimir Illich "Lenin". You really do need to read and try to understand some history.
