Well I guess were talking about two different animals. Commercial work for me is heavy construction. You wont find many non union workers here in Calif working a multiple story buildings, bridges, refineries and the like. Which is my back ground.
And as far as paying scale. You cover by law their health and welfare but not their retirement benefits.
And for those guys hanging out in a union hall. Well at least when they're out of work know what kind of work their out of!
