9iAS questions- Anybody know how 9iAS is priced. Is it 1) bundled with 9i (engine) in any way or 2) bundled with Oraapps that use it, I assume they all do at this point for the NCA architecture, or 3) standalone Beas is a billion $$ company so there is a lot of potential for 9iAS, I believe most of their revenue comes from Weblogic but some could be tuxedo. And a bonehead question- if msft is pushing their enterprise products, .NET etc., is there an application server a part of their strategy, something already included in .NET? I only know of one .NET shop (a few years ago, startup company electron economy) and they were using Weblogic, so msft didn't have anything then. L
