AMD is looking very sick. If there is some serious, unforeseen problem with Hammer, where would AMD turn? They seem to be falling farther and farther behind.

Assuming an eventual Flash recovery, AMD could make money there but like you said, the slightest additional delay on hammer and they are in a world of trouble and I think additional delays are probable.

I haven't been paying a lot of attention, what's their cash & debt situation?

Yahoo says they have about $1.25 Billion in cash. I don't know what their debt load is. Maybe someone will fill us in.
