Dropping hyperbaric bombs and daisy cutters on defenseless villagers is an "agressive" act.

Standing up and showing one's back to the pResident is, quite simply put, hardly aggressive. It's pretty passive, certainly non-violent and to suggest that those further back in the audience had their civil rights violated is ludicrous.

The fact that students were threatened with expulsion and denial of graduation for expressing healthy dissent is a chilling reminder of just how close to a fascist state we are skating. This was pure intimidation of the worst sort from academia.
