Hi Larry, I'm not much into currency trading, so I'm not sure how far the US dollar will fall or how high the Euro will climb. I do have increasingly more confidence in the international markets though. Part of my portfolio is in international funds and those have performed pretty decently this year. Most of my gains have come from real estate and small cap funds, though. Anyway, good luck!
