Earnings out...Strong Numbers and strong outlook: CEO Statement: Todd Siegel, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, "We are very pleased with the continued profitable growth the Company experienced in fiscal 2002, meeting our revenue and net income goals for the year. This year's revenue growth was primarily driven by the addition of new independent pharmacy customers. The independent pharmacy market was an area that we focused many of our resources on this year, and we are pleased with the success of our initiative." Mr. Siegel continued, "The Company also achieved a significant milestone during the fourth quarter by restoring our stockholders equity. Our profitable results have eliminated our stockholders deficit and our balance sheet now has positive stockholders equity. We believe the results that we achieved in fiscal 2002 will continue into fiscal 2003 as we expect to benefit from our marketing focus dedicated to launching new and innovative products, penetrating new markets and further solidification of our long established relationships with our existing customers."
