1podstock, I am not surprised. When you think about the process of a bear market where stocks are taken out one group/one stock at a time it has that same affect on portfolio managers. If they're lucky they buy near the bottom which may have gone into that guys decision making process, being close to the Sept. lows. Unfortunately, many of them will leave their money on the table too long once proven wrong.

Makes you wonder how he's sleeping tonight, with today's lack of follow through? <gg>
