Both the FBI and CIA were decimated and needed this "fix", as well as new funding. I believe Homeland may end up being a good thing for both agencies. We will see. President Clinton is irrelevant. Gore would have kept some of the same cabinet and I was happy to see them go after the election because you could tell the world was getting more dangerous and that group was the wrong people for the times. We needed President Bush and his cabinet at exactly the time we got them. Divine intervention? ...maybe, ...it just may be.
