It appears that I have found the solution ..Thanx to all for your suggestions. I have had problems with the several computers I have had and have found this thread to be populated by extremely helpful people who have always found the answer. This problem befuddled the DELL guy but you guys solved it inna flash ..BRAVO! And thanx again.
