its got the new Intel 400 Xscale mghz chip..its suppossedly much faster than the IPAQ which has a 200 mhz chip..anyway thats what my son (who is in the MIS line of work) says... What do you here about the Xscale chip??? BTW it came with 64 MB memory and they bought me a 128 chip that adds to it..
