8:55AM: S&P futures vs fair value: -7.9. Nasdaq futures vs fair value: -13.0. Relatively quiet but negative trade persists with the tech arena under the most pressure. Some positive developments in software following the Q4 earnings report from ORCL with SEBL and PSFT up 2.3%. European equity markets are down substantially, the dollar is at a 17 month low vs the Euro while the Treasury market is higher across the curve
