The agents who run around doing that don't tend to stay in the business very long. There is nothing more psychologically and financially draining than trying to market an over-priced listing that will inevitably expire before it's sold. Much more profitable to be the agent who gets it priced right the first time, or be the second or third lister who now has a very humble seller willing to do what it takes to get the place sold.
