Other than the guilt-by-association innuendo that Arthur Andersen audited Oracle's books, what basis do you have for thinking the Oracle numbers are anything but legitimate? Point me to something in the financial statements, or in the footnotes, or in their other disclosure, that gives you a basis for your negative opinion of Mr. Henley and Oracle's accounting. Cheers
