Thanks for your answer. I do have more questions.
Is this time and sales report a history of bid/ask/sales for the day and is the same for every brokage firm? This time and sales report can it be traced to show which sale is for which brokerage firm, and for which customer at that brokerage firm? For example there may be more than one sales that may have the same strike price for the same series of option at different time during the day. May be they are trades originated from other brokerage firm. Some of the orders filled and some of them expired. There has to be a way brokerage firm can identify which trade is originated from them, and for which customer at their brokerage.

According to Etrade, my order was not filled for more than one hour, an above asking price order and the price was hit all morning, and was filled 8 minutes after I canceled it. It makes the time Etrade routed my order to market maker significant. Can this trade and sales report show the time the order was routed to market maker? If not what kind of report can I ask for that has this information? Also if I requested the time and sales report, do I get the entire list for that day or just a short list of a short time frame and there happend to be a trade within that time frame. How can I tell that the sale is for my account and not from other brokerage firm?

A lot of questions hope you can help me. Thank you in advance for your help.
