FWIW Struther's Resource Stock Report featured WPR in their latest newsletter.

The best time to buy a stock like WPR is now, before all the promotion of their deal and the news on JV agreements and exploration activity. They have a strong position with 100% of these concessions and I expect there will be lots of news and promotion through the summer.
