Grace,re:"how...". Here is an example (real, mine). In the last BoomBust Cycle, when I bought the house (before the Bust), we signed everything on the contract in the agent's office,...., and casually, the agent brought out another form,....oops, this little form is not important, but required by law (to cover the ass), please sign just so that you know we (the agent/ agency) represented the seller thru out the WHOLE PROCESS !!!. Thank you very much.
