SIfkaJB, "After learning about the NAV manuel updates from you I did them for a while but after hearing about a few problems I decided the manuel updates were more of a problem than the threat of the new viruses that they protect you from." I've been using "LiveUpdate", but also check for and download the manual updates (NAV Intelligent Updater") almost daily and have had no problems... at least none that I am aware of. What problems are you referring to? According to the Symantec website, the "Intelligent Updater" virus definitions are fully tested and are no longer beta as they were in the past. Marty
