tc and all,

Finally got rid of the 16 bit error. It was a Symantec problem in NAV 2002 and there is a patch for it on the Symantec website.

Now for a new problem that I hope someone can help with. Using WIN2000 Pro formatted with NTFS. Using IE6 with Outlook Express. Have a Lexmark OptraS 1650 laser printer with current driver. When going to print in Word 2000 everything is fine, but if I try to print an e-mail message in Outlook Express, the fonts come out one size larger (i.e.: if message shows on screen as 12pt font, it prints out as 14pt. font. It only happens when printing from Outlook Express and started suddenly... had been printing fine for months. Everything appears fine on the monitor, but it now routinely prints e-mails in a larger (but same style... Times Roman or Arial) font.

Anyone have any ideas? TIA.

Marty
