Nothing overtly incriminating jumps out per se, but why do they report Pro-forma? What about all the games they've played with options over the years? I ask again, what makes you believe their accounting is "clean"? Why do you believe the #'s are real? How do you know they haven't played revenue recognition games like many other software companies have (PSFT, PRGN, etc...)?

Considering the current condition and reputation of AA, I think calling it "innuendo" is laughable.
