If the "new" setup in the same direction occurs within the range of the "old" setup, the "old" setup is still considered the active one so the current countdown is still in play.

Remember that 9 is just a minimum requirement. The one thing that I am unclear on is that the intersection is said to require a close within the range of three days previous (the reference day). If the low of the reference day is 10 and the close of the day in question is 10, would that be considered 'within' the range of the reference day?.....Opinions?
