<<Experts have testified before Dunn's committee that at least one strategy in the Perot presentation bears a strong similarity to a "game" used by bankrupt energy giant Enron Corp.>>
I seriously doubt that Enron, Reliant et al learned how to rig the California energy markets from the last four slides of a Powerpoint presentation. More likely, the two guys who put that presentation together were briefed by (presumably) Reliant on energy trading and market "gaming" possibilities in particular and appended that information to the slide show. How an $11,000 dog and pony show that no one bought lies at the root of a multi-billion dollar ripoff is beyond me.
