I don’t think I disagree with your “no”. It’s all a question of time frames. There is probably little need to go much further that the 70% stock allocation by brokerages to see that the ultimate bottom is nowhere in sight. But some shorter-term mood swings can be ‘called’ and used. At this time, I’ll try to keep my cool (and cash) until something ‘recognizable’ and with decent odds comes along,
