The truth is GTSM claimed in 1996 that it opened a semiconductor facility and in 1997 it claimed it made an agreement for a $1,200,000 sale from that facility.

But there was no facility and there was no sale.

When a company lies so boldly, a sensible person does not have to study further to know he is looking at a scam.
