Gottfried and threaders, the market and sector bull percentages continue down. Note the number of sectors in the oversold area (below the 30%) and the overbought area (above 70%). Dw suggest that according to statistics that each sector will achieve its mean (average). Therefore, to achieve its mean the sector will have to drop to achieve its mean. Dw suggest not to buy sectors which are above the 50% percentile. Wonder when the sectors in the oversold area (technology and biogenetic) will move up.
