This really came out of left field. I am hard pressed to even recall a merger where the terms have changed so dramatically. Management endorsed the old deal so why accept this one? Why not just say no and move on. And if the basis of the amendment was the feasibility, which has not been released, should it not have been released before this amendment? Do they expect us to vote without the feasibility available?

I am confused on this one...
