The QQQ is based on the Nasdaq 100, not the full Comp. NDX (Naz 100) has been running between 400 and 410 points below the Comp if you can't get a quote on NDX itself. QQQ is ~NDX/40.

My experience is that you can take 7 points off NDX before the division to get damned near dead on the QQQ. Since it's bought and sold, the QQQ will fluctuate during the day, but it always comes home eventually.

In other words, somewhere between 22.70 and 23.75. HTH
