Joe, If there were institutional investors involved,

Camelot would be hyping it all over the place.
DW did do some things that might indicate he was preparing for a buyout. He fixed it so Distribution was centralized with the shell Meteor. Hw did the last deal so he insured that he controls a majority of the stock. ???
I would like to check the AOL boards, but I don't subscribe.
