Joe...The operative phrase is "will market it". This uses the future tense. They are talking about a product that doesn't exist. It probably should read: " Camelot will attempt to market licenses for an inferior product at exorbitant rates, after we are beaten to the punch by people like Microsoft and Intel with better products cheaper. Of course we will fail once again, but trust us, buy the stock anyway." But then again accuracy in press releases has never been Camelot's strong suit. While deviousness and intentionally misleading prose has!! I think that mostly robert just sees what he wants to see.
