Robert Samuelson in last weeks NewsWeek refers to it as the uncertainty factor. And this factor is escalating to levels that are quite high and he worries he does not see this clearing up rapidly as so many "uncertainties" are accumulating. And as we know, the market hates uncertainty.Max
