Hi twfowler; Re "India makes noises about attacking Pakistan despite the fact that Pakistan has nukes and the fact that the damage done by Pakistani supported terrorists is a lot less then the types of damage Bilow and I where talking about."

History is replete with examples of countries beginning wars that kill millions as revenge for the deaths of dozens. WW1 is a great example.

P.S. I don't mean to be making a morality statement on this, simply a statement of fact. By the way, as far as comparing Israel's ability to defend itself from the Arabs with India's ability to defend itself from Pakistan, one need only look at the population of India (170x larger than Israel) in order to realize that there are substantial differences in the situation. India is most definitely not going to go away.
