I took the Jeep in at 7 this morning and after waiting in line 20 told them the problem. The instant reply was DEFECTIVE rotors and calipers, we have to get the parts from Jeep. That leaves me with a couple of questions about the whole thing.

1. If it's that common why didn't they handle it over the phone yesterday?

2. They knew I had a vehicle where the brakes could throw it out of control at highway speeds and waited for me to find out before fixing it. I wouldn't have minded a warning.
