I believe the "average investor" doesn't realize that NSCP is up
for stock supply reasons besides hype, only 5 million shares on the
market.
When Feb comes those 5 million shares can double
to 10 million if insiders sell.
Have you heard of supply and demand ?
Yes, they won't sell 5 million, but only 1-2 million
would still change the balance !

That's my guess !
