Yes, Elect, that does concern me! On the other hand, with Sid sitting there holding a huge promissory note,like the sword of Damocles, it was not very encouraging for a new investor to take down a large share position for cash. (I have read about one such person on another board.) Hopefully, Sid will realize his chances of being re-paid are almost zero if there is not a re-organization, and the resolution of this debt position and a re-organization will be positive for the company. And maybe Sid will come around and push for a jv with the experts!
