hello Bhag & all - I bought into IMUL with some knowledge (evidently not enough) of its poor corporate history because it has a wholesale change of mgt (board as well as CEO) in the beginning of the year.

You are right, it is important to ve a strong mgt team in place. I thought it was doing the right thing by reducing headcounts and concentrating on the ALLERVAX program. Unfortunately, the snafu with regard to the Ragweed Phase III and the continuous uncertainty of corporate sponsorship after HMD pulled out seem to break its back.

So, I agree with you 100% that it has to construct milestones (but not only in CAT but also in its other endeavors, including corporate governance) so investors, especially potential corporate sponsors, can gauge the cost/benefit of investing in this biotech co
