Just like MOT, nokia is bound by their license agreement with qcom and has nothing to do with the chinese licensing agreements. Agreed! Hence, I would believe that NOK is not prevented (by QCOM) from selling NOK branded CDMA terminals in China as long as they paid their agreed royalty rates, what ever they are? The question is. Would they be prevented from manufacturing/selling handsets in China by the Chinese? PCSTEL
