They already have. Phone just came out of the FCC certification system. NOK E-911 solution is not handset based. JAVA! A while back Nokia had an ad for an engineer that was familiar with CDMA and gpsONE. They might be able to get away without supporting BREW....but GPS isnt an option. Slacker
