Good news for Samsung is good news for AHAA/SWKS. It was particularly nice to see their time to market mentioned as a competitive advantage over Nokia. That advantage plays to SWKS' strengths in complete solution integrated design. Who knows, perhaps Nokia will opt to use SWKS for more of their new designs to improve their time to market. Meanwhile, they got the tax-free ruling for CNXT shareholders so the combination is going forward and expected to be completed by the end of the month.
