You need a dictionary. "info-phobia" is the reverse of what I'm advocating. "Fascism" is when the government arrogates to itself powers that belong to the people. "crmininal conduct" is what the government declares it to be. "Ethics and morality", which you don't address, are another thing altogether. In wartime, that includes not trading with the enemy. You mention FBI files, as if the entire government weren't now under lock and key, unavailable to the people who own this country.
